Quality Standards
As a professional manufacturer of laboratory equipment for universities and research institutions, Shandong Minuton Technology Development Co., Ltd. strictly complies with both international and domestic quality standards and has established a standardized quality control system. All our laboratory equipment is manufactured and inspected in accordance with the following standards to guarantee stable, reliable quality that meets the demands of laboratories in universities and research institutes worldwide.
Quality Assurance Statement
To protect customers’ legitimate rights and interests and demonstrate our commitment to product quality, we hereby issue this formal Quality Assurance Statement with the following solemn promises:
1. We strictly follow the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and relevant national standards, and maintain a complete quality control system to ensure full control over product design, procurement, production, inspection, and delivery.
2. All raw materials are sourced from qualified suppliers and subject to rigorous incoming inspection. Non-conforming materials are strictly prohibited from entering production. The production process is operated in accordance with technical specifications and inspection standards with full-process monitoring to ensure consistent in-process quality.
3. All finished products undergo strict final inspection before delivery. Non-conforming products will never be released, ensuring every product delivered to customers meets quality standards and customer requirements.
4. In the event of quality defects under normal usage, we will respond within 24 hours and provide a solution within 72 hours. Depending on the severity of the issue, we will provide repair, replacement, return services, and assume corresponding quality responsibilities.
5. We will continuously optimize our quality control processes, strengthen quality improvement, and enhance product and service performance. We value customer feedback and always take customer satisfaction as the core goal of quality improvement, honoring our quality commitments and deserving customers’ trust.
