MST04-Experimental device for internal force and deformation of statically determinate plane truss

The MST04 static plane truss internal force and deformation testing experimental device is a precision experimental module specially developed for structural mechanics teaching. This device is designed to meet the application requirements of civil engineering and mechanical engineering. It adopts stainless steel rods hinged into a static plane truss structure, equipped with a spiral loading device and force sensor to achieve precise loading and force measurement. At the same time, it integrates displacement sensors and half bridge adhesive strain gauges, which can synchronously measure the tensile and compressive strain and structural deformation of each rod. The system supports intuitive comparison between theoretical and measured data, making it an ideal teaching platform for truss internal force analysis, node method, and section method verification.

Experimental feature

1.Static truss internal force test: By connecting strain gauges through a half bridge circuit, the axial force of each member of the truss under load is accurately measured to verify the theoretical calculation values

2.Structural deformation monitoring: Real time collection and display of node displacement of the truss under stress using displacement sensors, analyzing the deformation law and stiffness characteristics of the structure

3.Node method and section method verification: Support for inferring internal forces through experimental data, intuitively verifying the calculation principles and applicable conditions of the "node method" and "section method" in structural mechanics

4.Zero bar identification and determination: By observing and measuring the internal force distribution of special nodes (such as L-shaped, T-shaped, and K-shaped nodes) in the truss under specific loading conditions, students are assisted in mastering the skills of quickly determining zero bars
