The MST02 static rigid frame constraint force and bending deformation testing experimental device is an experimental module specially developed for structural mechanics teaching. This device is designed based on the application requirements of civil engineering and mechanical engineering, and integrates various experimental forms such as cantilever, simple support, and three hinge rigid frame. It can accurately test the support reaction force, bending moment and bending deformation of the rigid frame under load, achieve intuitive comparison between theoretical calculationandmeasureddata,andeffectivelyassiststudentsin understanding the stress characteristics and deformation laws of the rigid frame structure.

Support reaction force test: By using pressure sensors and force arm structures, the horizontal thrust and vertical reaction force at the rigid frame support are directly measured to verify the static equilibrium conditions

Internal force measurement of members: Using full bridge strain measurement technology, the bending strain and tensile compressive strain of members are collected separately, and the section bending moment and axial force are calculated by substituting them into the formula

Deformation displacement monitoring: equipped with a digital dial gauge and displacement sensor, it can synchronously measure the horizontal displacement, vertical displacement, and angular changes of the rigid frame under load

Multi condition simulation: supports assembly into three typical structural forms: cantilever rigid frame, simply supported rigid frame, and three hinge rigid frame, to meet the mechanical performance testing requirements under different constraint conditions
