This unit is a modular basic refrigeration training system designed for refrigeration and air‑conditioning programs. Built around industry practices for HVAC system installation, commissioning, and maintenance, it develops students’ practical skills in piping, electrical wiring, pressure testing, leak detection, evacuation, refrigerant charging, and system operation.
The system comprises 7 modular components: compressor module, condenser module, two evaporator modules, pressure controller module, throttle valve module, and electric control panel module. It is equipped with a touchscreen industrial controller that displays the system schematic, real‑time temperature, pressure, power, and related characteristic curves.
Experimental Functions

Demonstrate the operating principle of a vapor‑compression refrigeration system.

Conduct hands‑on training in refrigeration piping, wiring, pressure testing, leak detection, vacuum pumping, refrigerant charging, and system commissioning.
