As the “heart” of the refrigeration system, compressor performance directly determines the energy efficiency and reliability of the entire system. For scroll compressors, accurately measuring key parameters—including cooling capacity, power consumption, and energy efficiency ratio (EER) under various operating conditions—is critical for verifying design performance and optimizing structure.
This test bench uses the secondary refrigerant calorimeter method to evaluate compressor performance. The primary refrigerant is R134a, and the secondary refrigerant is R245fa. As a primary test method recommended in the national standard GB/T 5773-2016 Performance Test Methods for Positive Displacement Refrigerant Compressors, this method features high measurement accuracy, wide applicability, and relatively simple operation.
