On the morning of August 1, 2025, MicroNewton (Shandong) Technology Development Co., Ltd. and the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) held a successful signing and unveiling ceremony for the joint internship and training base, the “Carbon Neutral & Smart Energy Technology · Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Laboratory.”

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Sheng Jian, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Key Modern Industry College of Carbon Neutral Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, along with representatives from MicroNewton, including General Manager Wang Chengyan, Deputy General Manager Li Tao, and Sales Manager Wang Shuling, marking a significant milestone in university-enterprise cooperation.
Hosted by Deputy General Manager Li Tao, the event began with a warm welcome to Mr. Sheng Jian and his delegation. Before the signing ceremony, Mr. Sheng, accompanied by Li Tao, toured MicroNewton’s equipment exhibition hall and production workshop. During the visit, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on technological innovation in experimental equipment and its integration with teaching curricula.

Mr. Sheng praised MicroNewton’s teaching equipment for its high precision, realistic simulation, and alignment with practical teaching needs. Deputy General Manager Li Tao introduced the company’s latest R&D achievements and highlighted the core advantages of its products. He emphasized potential collaboration in the design, development, and testing of new teaching instruments, as well as upgrades and retrofitting of existing equipment, allowing undergraduate and graduate students to participate under guidance from both company engineers and university faculty.
