The MS05 beam bending internal force and deformation testing experimental device is a multifunctional mechanical experimental platform that integrates "deformation" and "internal force" testing. The device adopts high-precision aluminum alloy I-beams, pre pasted with multiple sets of resistance strain gauges, and combined with static strain gauges, can accurately measure the linear distribution law of normal stress along the height of the pure bending section. Simultaneously retain the dial gauge/laser displacement measurement system for measuring deflection curves and determining elastic modulus. The device supports various boundary conditions suchassimplesupportandcantilever,andvisuallydisplaysthecoretheoryofmaterialmechanics. It is an ideal teaching tool for verifying the bending normal stress formula andstiffness design.

Determination of normal stress distribution law: Through multi-point strain gauge measurement, verify the theory that the normal stress on the cross-section of a pure bending beam is linearly distributed along the height, and the neutral layer stress is zero

Verification of bending normal stress formula: Measure the strain value of the beam in pure bending state, calculate the experimental stress, and compare and analyze the results with the theoretical formula calculation

Measurement of deflection curve of beam: displacement measuring points are arranged along the span direction of the beam to measure the deflection under different loads, draw deflection curves, and determine the elastic modulus E of the material

Research on sectional moment of inertia and stiffness: Replace beams with different sections (rectangular, I-shaped) or different placement methods to study the influence of sectional geometric properties on bending stress and deformation
