Heat Exchanger
This product is a heat exchanger module designed to work with a basic heat exchanger experimental bench and is used to demonstrate the fundamental principles of a plate heat exchanger.
The device consists of multiple heat transfer plates. Sealing gaskets are placed between adjacent plates to form separate flow channels. Plate heat exchangers are characterized by a high heat transfer coefficient, relatively low flow resistance (compared to their high heat transfer performance), compact structure, low metal consumption, and convenient disassembly and cleaning.

Experimental Functions
1.Study the principles and process of indirect convective heat transfer.
2.Analyze system energy balance and overall heat transfer efficiency under different flow rates.
3.Compare heat transfer performance and temperature distribution between co-current (parallel flow) and counter-current (counterflow) configurations.
4.Master the Logarithmic Mean Temperature Difference (LMTD) method for calculating overall heat transfer efficiency.
5.Investigate the effect of hot and cold water flow rate variations on heat transfer efficiency.
6.Study the influence of temperature differences between hot and cold fluids on heat transfer performance under co-current and counter-current conditions.
