Compressible Flow
This product is developed based on the flow resistance theories in Fluid Mechanics and Aerodynamics. It is designed to study pressure losses in compressible fluid flow under different pipe configurations and Reynolds numbers.
The apparatus consists of a continuous flow channel assembled from pipes with various diameters and surface roughness levels. It is equipped with a flowmeter, differential pressure tapping points, and pressure measuring instruments, enabling measurement of both distributed (frictional) and local pressure losses.
The system allows comprehensive investigation of friction factors, flow resistance characteristics, and pressure loss behavior in gas flow systems.
