Product Introduction

The E300 Combustion Comprehensive Experimental Device is the collection and control center of the combustion series products, supporting the integration of multiple gases and different experimental modules, and obtaining various flames by changing the fuel and air mixing ratio. This device has three main channels. The left three air inlets can be connected to gas, air, and nitrogen respectively, and they flow out from the right three air outlets. The gas flow can be adjusted through a fine tuning valve. The air channel can be divided into two, with one branch connected to the gas channel for pre mixing gas and air in the mixing chamber. The gas channel and two air channels are equipped with gas mass flow meters, which can collect the flow rate, pressure, and temperature inside the channels. The device is equipped with a built-in cooling water tank and circulating water pump, which can provide cooling water for supporting equipment. The equipment is equipped with an anti backfire valve and a gas leak detector to ensure safe use. Equipped with four thermocouple channels, it can be connected to thermocouples to measure flame temperature. The experimental data can be transmitted to the supporting tablet through the signal transmitter equipped with the device.
